Raisins are good for your digestive tract. They come in a variety of colors and offer the body a rich source of antioxidants, minerals and vitamins.

Raisins are rich with vitamins and nutrients that are so good for you.  Raisins contain vitamin B6, iron, calcium, and a significant amount of potassium. In fact, in just one serving of raisins there are over 300 mg of potassium.
