Overview - Massive chests are built, not born. Sure, some people have a structural advantage over others, but there is no way to build an incredible chest, or any other body part, without putting in the time and the effort. We are going to give you the blueprint. But we cant make you get to the gym or force you to work your tail off that is up to you. But if you are ready, check out these great programs.

The Upper Blaster - Incline Dumbbell Press 3 sets of 6 to 8 repetitions. You want a 30 to 40 degree angle on the bench. Keep your back firmly on the bench and feet flat on the ground. A lot of people arch their back for more strength but then the focus comes off the upper pecs. Squeeze your chest in the middle when the dumbbells touch at the top of the motion.

Incline Dumbbell Fly's - 3 sets of 8 to 12 repetitions. Focus on the stretch at the bottom of the motion which will help broaden your chest and squeeze hard at the top to contract the middle of your chest.
Pushups Assume a normal pushup position and do 2 sets to complete failure.
Dumbbell Pullovers 2 sets of 10-12 repetitions. Lie flat on a bench with a single dumbbell held in both hands. Start with the dumbbell at arms length over your chest. Let the dumbbell slowly travel in an arc towards your head until your elbows are near your ears and then reverse direction. This will stretch out your rib cage.

Heavy Duty Chest - Barbell Bench Press 3 sets of 4 to 6 repetitions. You are going for brute strength and size. Make sure you have a spotter for the last set and push it until you cant push it anymore.

Pec Deck Fly's - 3 sets of 10 to 12 repetitions. This machine is a true chest burner. Work slowly and get a full stretch. Hold the contracted position for a 2 count before releasing.

Dips - 3 sets of 8 to 12 repetitions. Use your body weight and add weight if you need to. Go as low as you can and really stretch and burn the bottom portion of your chest.

Dumbbell Pullovers - 2 sets of 10-12 repetitions. Lie flat on a bench with a single dumbbell held in both hands. Start with the dumbbell at arms length over your chest.
