Does Milk Make Your Breasts Bigger?

Women across the globe have asked the question does milk make your breasts bigger?  The answer is simple, it is not the milk, but the fat that can cause breasts to increase. This may not be the answer you are looking for, but milk is not the cure-all for increasing breast size.  Fat causes fatty tissues to develop all over the body.  Some women are more susceptible to putting weight on in the breast region than others.  This may come from their diet, which consists of high fatty foods and beverages.  Drinking an abundance of whole milk or high fat milk, may result in larger breasts.

Some nutritionists argue that the hormones found in non-organic whole milk may cause early development of breasts in female children. Many parents are sticking to organic milk for their loved ones because of the hormones found in the milk that can give rise to early breast growth and development, along with other problems.

If you are concerned about your breasts getting bigger because you are consuming a lot of milk, there are ways to cut back. Simply take in less milk or opt for skim or low-fat milk, rather than whole milk.  Whole milk contains a lot of fat and can contribute to weight gain. Remember, it is the fat in milk that does make your breasts bigger over time.
